On the eve of Pakistan’s cricket team’s arrival (Nov. 2007), a news clipping caught my eye. ‘Only 250 visas have been issued to visiting Pakistanis’- the report dampened my spirits. Sport is a celebration, and not withstanding security concerns in light of Ludhiana blasts, I felt the sports loving Pakistanis deserved better.
